Green Day tickets going on sale Friday, Sept. 14th at 10 a.m. are expected to sell quickly. As wait times on the phone queue are expected to be long, your best chance of getting tickets is online. If you choose to purchase by phone, please provide your Santa Cruz Tickets customer number to expedite your purchase . If you do not already have an account, please sign up at SantaCruzTickets.com in advance to assist with a speedy purchase. The Civic Box Office is open until 6 p.m. on Thursday for assistance with account issues. Online ticket orders are not guaranteed unless you receive an order confirmation number. If you choose to purchase tickets in person at the Civic Box Office, the Random Number Distribution procedure will apply: One hour before each on-sale (9 a.m. for this event) there will be a Random Number Distribution if there are two or more customers in line.
Each customer in line at this time will be given a number and the customer holding the matching number drawn by box office staff will move to the front of the line and the line will shift accordingly.
For example, if numbers 1-100 are given out and number 10 is drawn, the line would start with #10 then 11, 12, 13 through 100 then 1-9. Anyone that arrives after the RND numbers have been handed out will form a line behind all patrons who were given a number. RND does not guarantee you a ticket, only a place in line. This is a policy to provide equal access, effective crowd control, and eliminate the need for camping as anyone in line at 9 a.m. when the RND is done has the same opportunity to be first in line.
